I recently got a new customer and they have this old voicemail that's probably over 10 years old. My boss looked online for an installation book, but no luck. He did find out that this v-mail is discontinued and we would like to sell them a new one, but their not ready to do so right now. If anybody has or knows where to get a manual I'd really appreciate to get a copy somehow. Thank You.

Yeah, it's on an old epro 2. The plan is to get them on a whole new system but for now I'd like to get by with what they got.

Other than the Fact that the VM is Old,Whats it doing,not doing,won't do? Are you sure The Problem is not in the EP?

It seems to be working okay, using analog ports with dtmf intergration. There is a second group of people coming in that would like their own greeting and auto attendant trees, I was trying to see if the v-mail can do something like a transaction box with one key dialing.
