I am working on an Electra Elite IPK with Elite Mail LX. I have 4 analog trunks on the IPK and all trunks ring all phones on specific keys. When the call is not answered it is supposed to go to the auto attendant message. Opening Box/Greetings/Day/Night Greeting. Trunks 2-4 go to this greeting and everything is working fine. Trunk 1 does get forwarded to the EliteMail, but it goes to a canned greeting asking the caller to enter in their personal code.

I can not find where my problem is. I tried to do a CO Trunk Copy on the IPK to copy the data from trunk 2 to trunk 1, but that did not fix the problem.

Any ideas how I can get Trunk 1 to act like the rest?

Are you using Night Transfer on the Phone System for auto atten to answer? Check MB:3-Transfer-42 or 43.

No, this is just in day to day operations when nobody answers the phone and on the No Answer Timeout it goes to the voicemail.

Are you using DIT ringing?

no, the phones have line keys on them.

Ok,the reason why I was asking is that could be why the Voice Mail is asking for a Password. (DIT will still work even if you are useing Line Key's) For a Test I would send Line 1 Straight to V.M. to see if you Get the Main Greeting. If you get the Greeting your Looking for,Then I would make sure DIT is not Programmed In MB:3-42.

That was one of the things I checked. There is no assignment in DIT 3-42 for any of the lines.

If Line One Ring's only to One Station Make sure that No Call Fwd is set on that Station. The Voice Mail is Receiving Trailing Digits from a Station.

Were you able to send Line 1 Straight to V.M?
