when dialing a certain ext. the phone doesnt ring on the other end. On my end it shows VOICE DIAL on the display. I know its a feature code but for the life of me I can't remember what it is.

Dial the extension and 1, see if that rings the phone.

Ok so I went to that phone and called from another. The phone beeps 1 time and if I press 1 will start ringing. I know in CAT mode its under command 20y a163, but I also know theres an easy function on the phone.

You need to find the access code programmed for Cm 200>xx>a163. Default is 60 + any other key to toggle.
