I have a customer that has given me an audio recording that is in a wav format. The wav format is Stereo, 44100Hx, 32-bit float. As I recall the voice mail require a vox format that is Mono, 8000Hz, 32-bit float. Does any one know of a program to convert it? Please any info would help. Thanks Kbarry.

I believe I've used DBpoweramp to convert files to work on the elitemail in the past. https://www.dbpoweramp.com/
