Please someone throw me a rope. I just installed a used Electra Elite48. The customer bought the SAT software for ease of programming. I put in the password and it does not work. Is there a backdoor or a alt password.
If it's free, it's for me, I'll take three

Do you have MICF card? I remember for SAT to work you need that card.

Need MIFM in slot 2.
No backdoor access. If you can not get it, defaulting system will erase password.

The Card you Need is a MIF-M Card for SAT Programming. OOP's, My Bad,Conxtel already said That. :shrug:

If its password problem and not a communication issue, you can change the password vie phone in 1-8-17

If it the password to access the software after you launch, it needs to be all caps.

Also, make sure the COM port settings on your SAT match those on the phone system. Last week I had trouble loading a customer's program on a spare CPU card because of this very thing. The default for port 1 on the KSU is 4800-8-N-1. As for passwords, the SAT documentation gives the default password.
