Iv'e got a client that needs a TTY Terminal (for incoming calls, it's a city government). I have analog ports on their phone system so planned to point a DID to it. I have two questions.
Do all TTY calls go through a service, or can they just go straight to the terminal if the DID is an advertised line?
Any recommendations on TTY terminals, or TTY virtual terminals?
Thanks,

They can go through a relay service, or simply point to point (dialed directly).
I've had good luck using Clarity's line of TDDs for a couple of years.
