Customer wants main number and name on outgoing calls over loop start analog trunks.AT&T cannot do this due to tariff regulations.Is there any way to do this, i.e. LCR or ARS ?

Not unless you are using a PRI for dial tone. This is always an issue that must be addressed by the service provider on analog trunks, if at all. Take a look HERE for some recent discussion on this subject. This has nothing to do with the phone system itself, regardless of brand or vintage.

Just for reference, AT&T here has finally started offering this to customers. The only downside is you lose all the individual numbers on your rollover lines so if you have a "backdoor" number you'd need to seperate it from the hunt group. It's about time, customers have been asking me this for 20 years.
