We have an Electra Elite IPK II with Webpro. I can get into webpro just fine and I know the ip settings and passwords, etc.
I need to get PC Pro so I can backup/restore the system. Where would I get pc pro from? I can't find it on the necunified site anywhere.
Any help would be appreciated.

IPKII PcPro was a licenced product you had to purchase from an NEC Dealer.
You could also use SV8100 PcPro, which is free, but you would have to pay a dealer to download it and install it for you.
not free I guess is the key.
