Hi, I have a client with a remote location using an NEC system. They would like to add an extension and dedicate an existing CO to the new extension. I am told there are 4 CO's being used and I am still trying to determine how many extensions they use now, and if they have an existing jack where they want the new extension. But meanwhile, I thought I'd try to get some other info on the system here before I start looking for a tech in Dallas. Does the unused amphenol connector in the picture below lead you to believe we have additional extensions available? How many cable pairs does the extension require? What model telephone should I be looking for to use on this system? Thank you for any info you can share on this system.
