We are using Electra Elite IPK and the phones are Dterm80. Voice mail picks up automatically after the 4th ring. This option has stopped working on 2 of our 14 phones. I can press 7 to directly connect (that works) but that doesn't help when someone outside dials the extention directly. Nothing in the manual. I have tried everything. Any help would be appreciated. :shrug:

The call forwarding has probably been cancelled
If your access codes are set at default
From the extension that has stopped forwarding
Press Speaker; Dial 43 + the voice mail pilot extension

Sorry for the ignorance. We did not set up these phones. What is the voice mail pilot extention?

What extension do you call when you want to access voice mail?

I call extention 1300. I tried that and the call just forwarded the calls to that extention.

I hit my message key - when it asks for security code I enter *2# when message comes on I hit 9 1300 and a 4 digit security code.

When you press the message key the target extension should appear in the display
