My system will ring an extension about seven times before diverting to voice mail. I want to change that to about 4 times. I have researched the system and cannot find the parameter to change.
Please help!

From any phone dial -
[Access system programming], then dial 0405,hold,item 1, make that a 12,hold,hold,dial.
