Has anyone run into an IPK II with InMail 4 port 8 hour VM in which all ports stay busy? I have even reset the ports and got them to ring through but the VM never answers. I suspect this system to have been improperly shut down.

Thanks for any help...

Had this happen once. Had to replace the Compact Flash. If it's not under warranty it's going to be expensive.

I would contact NTAC if you're able, but chances are if a re-boot of the PBX CPU didn't clear it up it's toast.

Only time I have seen this was when an installer programmed up all 8 ports in 16.02 but only had a 4 port license. When the 60 day license expired this sort of thing happened..

Thanks guys, I suspect the CF card is the issue. I tried to read it in a PC thinking maybe I could correct or recover it. It didn't even recognize any type of file system on it. I would assume it was a DOS or linux based system.

I will check the license issue as well.

Been having a weird rash of In-Mail Licenses not staying in the system. We had 4 in 3 weeks. They were licensed, but when trial date hit, gone. Reload, all is good.
