I have a customer that has an Elite 192, with 9700 software, using a PRI circuit, and using Tapit software for SMDR.
They recently purchased four new 800#s and would like their SMDR reports to show the number of calls received for each 800#. Now, my initial response was: "this is something your provider should be able to give you." But, I think he said there is a recurring fee for that “serviceâ€Â. (?)
So, I'm trying to figure out if I'm able to use the DID/DNIS info that will show them call volume on their reports. Tapit tech support has told the customer if I’m able to provide DNIS info they can show it on the report.
I read through the Features & Specs manual and it doesn't look like I can do it? But, I wanted to check with the experts before I gave them a final answer.
