One of my customers has an Aspire M with 10 digital phones and one IP set off premise.
The VPN says it is connected between the routers and the phone displays the time/data and the local number of the phone.
You are unable make any calls internal or external, and you cannot check the voicemail msg.
Any ideas of what to look for?

Has this worked in the past and stopped working or is it a new install?

Would you give us a bit more detail about what the phone is doing. From the above it sounds like your phone is connected but is it frozen, locked up or do you just have no audio when attempting a call. If thats the case check the ip address assinged to the slot your gateway card is in.

It turned out it was the internet connection, I brought the phone back to my shop and tested the unit. It worked no problem, they then contactd their internet provider and it has now been fixed.
Thanks for all of your help.
