Installed a RTD USB key yesterday and nothing changed on the ACD stand alone server.
I shut down the server, installed the usb key, powered up the server, logged into the server and still at the bottom of the server window it still says 0 of 3.
ACD Plus 2.8 w\VMP-U40
Anybody have any thoughts?

Did the usb key come with any software?
Typically the Wibu security has to be updated.

Came with older ACD software. Did not load the older software. A sheet of instructions came with the package, It said to shut down server and plug usb key in and turn server back on. Wait till server is completly up and running before running any other apps. never heard of Wibu security. What is this?

Sorry I was confusing the ipk USB ACD security with the AD-64 voicemail USB security key.
