a bug from a previous release has re-appeared in 3.0.
there is no softkey for RCNAME in the UM8000 softkeys for setup/personal options.
So once a user sets up their mailbox, there is no way to re-record their name. You have to delete/re-build the mailbox.
NTAC is aware, so be ready for 3.1

Is there the option buy using the voice prompts instead of the softkeys??

Once in the mailbox, dialing 7-7-5 will allow to change the recorded name.
