I have a um8000 in a sv8100. The problem I am having is DTMF on pot lines. some times the um8000 will not recognizes the DTMF. I have been playing with Amplitude tolerence, in the voice mail. Has any one else have this problem? If so what is your amplitude tolerence set to? Or how did you over come this problem?

Some of the original releases of the UM8000 had problems with DTMF, make sure you have the latest revision loaded.
