I have a customer with a NEC Elite system 48 - extensions 8 and up can't talk back on the intercom. They can hear the other extension; but the extension that is calling can't here them respond.

Check MB 4-29 Make sure all Port's are set to Yes for Handsfree.(HFU=Yes). Also at the Phone Make sure Your MIC. is on (Feature+1). MIC. Light should Be on.
