My customer upgraded there SQL server and broke AIMWORX. The collector is still putting call records in the database, and I can use Crystal reports to pull reports. But Aimworx manager will not run. When I try to run it, it will come back with the error "Databse Server is not intialized" I have tested the sa and arenix passwords are still saved correctly, and still work. Anyone have any ideas of things to try on AIMWORX? It has been years since I really worked on it.

look in Aimworx SQL database, see what the database shows in the SYS_ folder. I had mine showing 5.0sp4a, but database showed 5.0sp0.
