Is it possible to record a message to be played back to a particular page zone by a few keystrokes? If so how would I accomplish this?

Depending on what you're trying to accomplish, you might look at the Viking Electronics K-2000-DVA. That will give you an announcement via switch closure. The RC3 will give relay output control via DTMF.

Sorry for the delayed response to your question MichaelS. We have an announcement that is approximately 1 minute long which is paged to a specific page zone daily (manufacturing best practices). Rather than having the individual page this message daily it would be nice to record the message and play it.
