i have a customer with an elite 192 with an inskin vm card. he wants to change the main menu and i cant seem to get in. i have a manual that tells me to log into a mbx and dial 0 and then 5 but that doesnt work. anyone know how to do this. thanks dave

Do you mean he wants to change the opening greeting or change the options for 0-9? either way you probably want to use Cosession viewer to connect to the VM. Can you identify the VM card more specifically? there are several that are compatible with elite 192.

he wants to change the greeting menu the customer will hear when he calls in. is there a simple way to do this. thanks dave

Typically the attendant mailbox or the system manager's mailbox is allowed access to the system administration options. Only a mailbox with that designation can dial 0 then 5 to manage the system greeting.
