I had the tech out and he installed 3.01 into the SV8100. A little later, I made some changes in the WebPro. When saving the change, a message indicated "There were errors when trying to apply the changes"

Needless to say... a host of other problems have shown up as a result ... while on a call, if someone calls into the same extension, the first call is disconnected.

Anyone hear of this? Solutions?

My gut feeling would be to get the tech to default the system and hardware reload it again with the current site dump, the other possibility is that the upgrade to not take effect correctly..

I agree with Paulw.

Initialize the cpu, re-install the 3.01 firmware and then load the last backup done, reset the system and you should be good.

I've got at least a dozen systems updated to 3.01, with no issues so far.

I hope he did a backup just before the upgrade. It is the first thing I do when I do a firmware update.
