Have a test site where i am installing netlink, it was staged in our office and tested. After deploying (and changing ip's to match the network) the connection goes up and down about every 20 seconds or so, it will never stay connected for any length of time. Has anyone seen an issue like this. Had nec on the line but they are saying network issue. All ports are open in the sonicwalls and sites are using dsl at both ends. did continuous ping tests with round trip times of less than 90ms and less than 1% packet loss.Any insight?

Well, if it worked in the office and not on site it has to be the network or a device on it. The only sure way is to run wireshark and verify the sonicwalls are INDEED passing the correct stuff. Pings don't equal ports.

Why would all ports be open on the sonicwalls. I agree with Coral Tech pings dont equal ports. Check your sonicwall settings.

Sounds like it could be an IP address conflict.
