I have an Aspire Mail that is not working at all .
I was wondering if there was anything I could do to fix it .I remember this happened to me before and I was able to use the upgrade software and it came back .Any Ideas ?
Thanks

I have had two fail. I could not get either one to work with software upgrade. I had to return them to NEC for repair.

what type of aspire mail is it.. fms fms+ ? the only real thing you can do with those vm's is to grab a copy of the prompts and greetings with the aspiremail utility and nuke the vm back to default and then load your prompts and messages back on with the utility. If it's 4 or 5 years old.. chances are it's just toast and needs repair.. Most vm's are flash based memory now for a reason..
