Hello,
I have a line which a employee left the VM locked with his 4 digit password. I need to reset the mailbox so I can setup for new user.
I have reviewed the admin gui VM pages but do not see how to reset the mailbox. Disabling the mailbox does not clear the messages.
Any help?

You could log into a system administrator mailbox (operator extension?) and delete the security code or through the gui, delete the code. If you don't know how to do that, you can delete the entire mailbox and rebuild it

Not sure where in the GUI or from the handset to rest the code. Any idea which menu it is?

Easiest way would be from a system administrator mailbox. To access.... 1. Call your mailbox. 2. Press SA (72) for the System Administrator Menu. 3. Press DS (67) to delete the security code. 4. Follow the voice prompts.
System administrator is usally an operator phone or some supervisor. A system admin mailbox will not ask you to press 72 for admin features, you just have to go ahead and do it. If you get in, great, if not try another extension.
