You can tell engineers make these interfaces ... HORRIBLE!
Anyhow ...can anyone suggest how to set up holiday schedule for holidays that do not occur on the same date each year (Thanksgiving, etc.)?
My confusion is the Schedule Pattern in 12-04. I want to make sure that the Schedule Pattern refers to the Operation Mode 12-02 (in my case 2 is the schedule pattern for CLOSED) ... but Im needing the Alternate greeting to apply..

Schedule patterns have nothing to do with greetings. Its purpose is routing calls.
In-mail uses a over ride mailbox for off hour greetings

If you're looking to change your message that is answering calls, you need to look at programs 47-11 and 47-12.
This is so much easier in the UM8000 / Elitemail LX.
I hate the Inmail interface. Most of it doesn't make any sense.

Down here we never use the In-mail scheduling mailbox but route the calls via virtuals to GP mailboxes and use the system nite service modes to take care of this issue.. Way easier than trying to sort out the other way.
