Hello all, I was just wondering what everyone(who has installed a new 8100)does for user guides on these systems. The Guides NEC provides online for print out are pretty big and I wanted to see if any one had a better solution. Thanks in advance!

What I do is Put it on a Jump Drive and Load it On the Managers Computer, that way they can Hand it out as Needed.

One of our guys here got really creative and produced video user guides. That way they can later get user training with out a trainer having to go on site after the initial training has been done. We made our own user guides as the NEC supplied ones were way too big..

We created our own 4 page guide with our company logo & contact info on it.
Just put the most common features and how the softkey menus work.
We created 2 versions, one with the back page dedicated to Inmail VM8000, and the other with the back page dedicated to UM8000.
