Strange problem with an SV8100. Recept talking with caller one when another call comes in. It knocks her call to a one way conversation where she can be heard but not hear. She tell the caller if you can still hear me hang up and call me back. They call back and it's fine. Only 3 phones on the system, In mail, 3 copper lines, 2.50 software. Tried replacing cot card, still happening. Intermittent, it's never happened while I was on site.
