I have a system that is dropping calls. Also multiple phones go into DND by themselves. Anybody see this happen before? The system is on a PRI and has 7.0 software.

Seriously though is there a CSU on the PRI? If the CO says the circuit's good then I would recommend installing one to see if it changes anything. Also disable DND in COS and give "Forward to VM" keys to those that really want it.(Sounds like user error to me) Maybe upgrade to latest s/w won't hurt either.

I find that phones generally go into DND via "pilot error"...... the user doesn't realize what they just did: e.g., with a PRI, I forget to dial 9 to get an outside line.... I pick up the phone and dial my girl friend's number 847-1234. The combination of 847 1 puts my phone in DND....and I'm wondering..."why didn't my call go through?", and then "what the heck?...how did I get in DND?...there must be a ghost in this phone."
