Recently upgraded 2400 to R27, added MA4000, SV 8500 PC Pro, OW5000 and UA5200. Have a number of PS III's that also have an appearance on Dterm sets. When PS III user dials 0 for the attendant console, the attendant cannot answer the call by pressing the space bar (answer) or clicking on the "answer" block of the 5200 position. Caller ID of the PS III is shown in the "call queue" block of the position but it just continues ringing. Don't know if this problem is related to the first one, but calls to the attendant position to be transferred to the PS III/Dterm number or a virtual number call forwarded to an actual number cannot be completed without pressing the F12 (release) after pressing the F6 (blind transfer). Any takers?

I'd say this is an NTAC ticket. I had PSIII problems with call transfer to them from DID after R24. Sounds like a software bug to me.
