I have a customer that has added a new small
company inside his suite only 2 lines.he wants
to add these 2 lines to his existing ipk system there is a 8 port co line card and he has 6 existing co lines.He does not want the voicemail to pick up on these 2 new lines he has ATT voicemail and he wants these to stay the same the problem is that the voicemail from the IPK is answering.
Question:how do i disable the co port 7 and 8 so
that the ipk voicemail does not answer.

Remove Lines 7 and 8 from ringing the Voice mail Port in MB:4-01,MB:4-02,Also Check MB:3-42 if Its programed for DIT.
