I have a small resturant that wants to have an announcement when they are closed. I thought I remembered reading that the DSX has a digital voice announcement feature that does not require voice mail, is this true and if so what is the feature caled?
Can this feature be used in conjunction with a "night" button? Can it answer more than 1 line at a time?
I need a basic announcement that would sound like this:
Thank you for calling Joe's resturant, we are closed now, we open Saturday to Sunday from noon till 11pm, thank you for calling. (then hangs up)
Also, what is the length of the recording you can make?
Sorry for all the questions, if you can point me to where this is in the manual that would help
Thank You Bryan
