Hey guys, I got a customer that wa ours for years on a toshiba side, then the went to the NEC Aspire side, the want us back for support. We are NEC dealer, and I have been certified tech on the Electra Elite/IPK/IPK II/SV8100 & 2000/SV8300, and have had my certifications for years, but of cource cannot get any tech access to the Nitsuko/Aspire people, even though we have merged NECNTAC to one locations. I really need a source for the manual, and PCPro software. I can get online with webpro, but there are a few suble differences. Any help is appreciated. Can send me direct email at [email protected]

As far as the documentation goes, have you asked the customer if they have the CD? We received at least one that had all the software and hardware docs on it. I'll check next time I'm on-site to see if it also included the PCPro and UltraMail Admin software that I use to manage the run of the mill adds, moves, and changes.

Found my customer CDs - I have two:
NEC Aspire System Document CD P/N 0893600 Rev 12 Feb 5, 2007 NEC Aspire Mail System Document CD P/N 0893605 April 4, 2006
The first CD does contain PCPro and the Aspire Mail Admin program along with CTI and USB drivers, as well as a wealth of documentation. If your customer can locate this CD you should be all set.
