I have an issue where I have an IPK11 with 2 departments on different DID's , one of them has 3 Cordless phones , all handsets including the Cordless phones need to ring on incoming calls, then CF to VM with an option to leave a message or keep holding,
Issue 1; Dterms have CF to VM set so I can't use Department calls to ring all handsets.
Issue 2; I can't use Virtuals as Analogues cant ring using the old VE on a "Non existing key" trick!

If only VRS MB's 25-03, 25-04 & 25-05 were set to Per VRS message instead of per Trunk!!! what a silly thing to do! ( that would of solved 1/2 my problem bu 22-11 xfer targets set to 5xx etc ).

Any other Idea's !!!

Why do the Dterms need to be CF during the Day? If you can take that out of the Equasion you could use Dept. Group's.

How about 3 digital phones with 3 analog adapters if they are set on Cordless phones or Dterm Cordless

I dont know what voicemail you are using, but 1 setup that popped was Point the DID to a ring group with the 3 Cordless/analogs then have them go to a department grp with 1 virtual, that ve is fwrd to Vmail which, in vm the VE is a transaction box Elitemail etc. or a group Mailbox which is a Call routing box "Inmail" and and if they stay on hold you could put them back in rotation or they can press 1 to leave a message, are you set on the VRS or are you using for some other stuff as well....other than that extend the timer in timer class of service for either the Dept Grp or the CF for the Desksets

Sounds Like ACD would do them some good, Turn on the temporary License and demo it, that is what I like about 41-14-13 you can have them press a digit to leave a message or have them remain in que you VRS recording will play from 41-11 and continue to repeat the greeting over time. Just food for thought. You can be a ACD member using ACcess codes and analogs. Not perfered but it works.
