Trying to go into programming but every time hit the # give me priview dialing,what could be the problem?

Programming Elite or IPK II?
IPK II uses the #,* combination but everything older uses Feature, x, x, x.
Need the right combination based on system type and what station port you are using.

Using the feature and the other combination but get that preview dialing in the display.Now I found out if you just hit # and only # on hook you get that dialing massage.This a IPK have never come across this before.
