Hi,
Our IT person has left the company and we are having some phone issues. Incoming calls just ring and ring and do not go to voicemail. I tried setting the Call Forwarding to Busy/No Answer to voicemaill via the steps below:
Press Speaker Dial 43 Dial Voicemail Pilot (usually 190) Press speaker
After doing this, this phone rings 4 times and then gets forwarded to some outside number of a person noone has ever heard of here in the office. I am assuming 190 is not the VM pilot. I can not cancel this process above either so I am in dire straits right now.

From a Phone Press Speaker and dial 190, does it ring to Voice mail? Are You talking about all Incomming call's or Just one Phone? If just One Phone, Try Speaker, Dial 42 to remove all Forwarding Then Set Call forward/b/NA again Speaker 43 190 Speaker.

When I press Speaker and dial 190 it shows - 'Offsite' which explains why it is ringing to an outside line rather than going to voice mail. I guess the problem now is that I have no idea how to change the VM Pilot back to 190 or what to do.

Oh, and it's for all incoming calls to my phone only. The other 2 phones in the office are fine.

Thanks Rickman for the quick response. It showed 200 when i hit the message button. I then used the steps above and used 200 for the pilot number and it worked! Thanks!!!
