NEC 2000, bought new in 2006. Using BDS 22 Btn Display telephones. Customer put me on speaker and they hear me loud and clear, but I very faintly hear them. Any suggestions would be great. I am not a NEC tech. Just trying to help a customer. Their vendor will not return calls. Thank you Chuck

Have Your Customer try swapping his phone with another and see if the problem continues. If so they'll need to get an NEC tech out there. If not replace Phone. :thumb:
