I would like to setup 2 IP phones for one extension. Is this possible? What is this setup called ?

You can't give two different IP phones the same identity on the system. But there are other ways to have them "mirror" each other.
What are you trying to accomplish?

Agree with Toolie. What you can do is program a call coverage key of one extension onto the second.

I've set up pairs of phones where the second phone has the call coverage keys on non-visible buttons. (Button 25 of a 24-button phone)
Works fine as long as all call control such as DND, Forwarding, etc. is done at the first phone.
