Hi,

I have noticed that when users adjust their handpiece volume during a call that this volume setting is not saved.. subsequent calls revert back to a 50% setting..

Is there any way of locking in a users preference for their handpiece volume?

I see in the manual for the DTerm(i) that you can use Function 2 to toggle between Volume Large and Volume Small.. having tried this it would appear to have no effect at all.

Cheers,

Duncan.
