Hey you NEC experts question : If I have an Aspire S system with the Intramail voice mail system I understand the system is net-workable and I assume you can have your voice mail sent to an email account if this is correct then is it also possible that if I use the "record a call" feature that the call I record can be sent in an email as well? any and all help is greatly appreciated.

The system is networkable, but the Intramail does not support email notification.

ok let me ask you this is there anyway to get a conversation that I record of the intramail and on to a pc hard drive? short of tape recording it?

None that I am aware of. Perhaps others might have thoughts on that

Instead of recording conversations with the Intramail, they have a Voice Security Recorder that plugs in between the wall jack and the phone and you can record calls right to the PC hard drive through USB.

We installed Aspire systems with Oak Telecom voicemail, for those who wanted voicemail/email integration on a budget. The "bigger" Smart Office voicemail systems did it, but they were expensive in comparison.

The Oak voicemail systems worked via analogue port connections and were easy to install.
