Have an SV8100 with around 20 Digital sets, 16 SIP DECT and 90 analog sets. All calls are answered by an Auto Attendant on a four port inmail. Getting complaints from the customer that sometimes callers are entering a room extension # and are being routed to the operater rather than the Extension. The room phones are all analog, haven't had the complaint when entering a digital extension. I made several test calls and can't make this happen?

Have you checked the timeout and where it goes?

The timeout is to the operator, but the caller is entering a valid extension during the greeting, or at laest thats what they tell me

Sounds like a DTMF receiver problem where digits are being dropped or misinterpreted. Trunk levels or calls from say mobiles?? Latest version of SV8100 software on the system..
