Hi all, I have an NEC Electra Elite IPK 11 phone system at my work. When we get calls to the main line, in the welcome message we give options 0 for reception, 1 for administration so and so. Now we want to change the options 1 for sales department. I have no idea where to do this. We have EliteMail Lx as our voice mail system FYI. I access the phone system through web interface. Can anyone help me how to change these options. Please........
Thanks, TRI

You will need to access the LX through the web browser and change the one touch dial options in the Main Greeting box and re-record your main greeting. If You have never done this before you might want to get a Tech to do it for you the First time and watch him. That way you can change it again if you need to.

Unfortunately the web interface for the LX has not been enabled upto now.. Its not connected to out voice mail system, I have the ip address which takes us to the web interface for LX system, how ever it is not connected to the voicemail system. IPK one is connected and it works fine. So is there a way we can do this from the main phone in the office which we use to do this voice mail boxes setup for new extensions and all....
Thanks, TRI.

Unfortunately Not, One touch Dialing has to be Programed from the web browser. If you can get into the LX interface it is connected to the Voice Mail. Can you get to the LX Banner Screen?
