I have a client that when calls are transfered or the extension entered via AA their phone rings once and then goes to VM. Do anyone have this issue or any suggestion to correct this? :bang:

NOWATKINS,per your description the station is set
to CF (call forwarding to VM ).

Cancel CF/RNA on a per station level.

Try just one extension and see what happens.

CF was off. I t is only happening on 1 station. Ext to Ext works fine. When a call comes in to the receptionist and the call is transferred that station rings once, but the transferred caller continues to here the ringing. After that it goes to VM.

I copied the station config setup from a working phone to the ext that had problems. Now everything works fine. I also did a power cycle on the systems as well. Also cleared up a problem not mentioned here on another station. The problem was that the mic stopped working on the handset and speaker. I logged into to the server and saw that there was a lost of power the night before the issue. Even though the system is on battery backup, something funky still happened. I hope this helps someone else.
P.S. Please if you use this site and the problem was corrected using suggestions from here or not and you posted the issue on this forum. Please post the whether the suggestion work or it didnt work. Also a brief summary as to what you did to solve the problem. So it can help others that may have the same problem. Thx
