Hi, Where can you get a copy of the NEC Elite IPK SAT software? I just inherited a site that has one of the Elite IPK systems and would like to get into it to reset some settings.
CD not left behind by installers 3 or 4 years ago, or the then tech just kept it.

Make Sure You have a MIF card in the System, Without it You Can't use SAT.

Can anyone point me in the right direction on this as well? I have to back up an Electra IPK and don't know where to find a copy of SAT.

I also have been looking for a cheap/free copy of the sat user or technician software.
I am doing all my ipk changes by phone.
any help would be greatly appreciated.
