We just upgraded from a 192 system to an IPK II system. I am the tech guy in charge of making it all work. One issue we have is that the "All Call" button on the phones no longer do an all call.
In the web interface, Can I simply set a Function Key (Say #16) as "22 - Internal All Call Paging" from the drop-down then assign the "Additional Data" to 0?
Thanks!

Yes.
All phones will need to be set to receive an all call page. By default only the first 8 ports are set to receive all call page. So unless your installer changed that, you'll have to visit that program as well.
