Hi Lee,
Depends what part of the world your system comes from. In Europe they have a released called Global 7 that does support VOIP on trunk and station but outside there it most likely never happened. The fact that you have a Topaz may indicate that the current software does not support it. Down my part of the world the Topaz only went as far as R3.01. Global 7 was canned due to the SV8100 SE arriving on the scene..
