what software is used to program the NEC IPK systems? I have heard that you can use HyperTerminal also. :bang:

Nah, you can use hyperterm on a NEC 2000 IVS/IPS, but not an IPK. NEC SAT is what you need, v4.70 is the latest version. I ONLY use it for backups. I program everything through the phone. Phone programming is faster & more stable. SAT requires a full backup, make the change & then restore the entire database. For me, that takes too long.
