I have a prospect that is looking to integrate their SV8100 with Microsoft CRM for screen POP functionality. I know that MS CRM isn't TAPI compliant out of the box so a software hook will be needed there. I have found several available.
My question is how best to go about this on the SV8100 side. I know that the Shared Services and Desktop Suite have some TAPI integration, but I was told by our regional NEC rep that Red Phoenix won't support MS CRM screen pops with their software.
Can I use the 3rd Party TAPI server license and also run the Red Phoenix Desktop Suite? Do I need to use the individual 1st party TAPI client licenses?
If anyone has any experience that they care to share relating to any of this, it would be much appreciated.

Usually the company that develops the TAPI app hooks into the NEC 1st or 3rd party TAPI drivers to achieve dial out and screen pops. PC Assistant does so limited application hook ins for popping. From memory Outlook, Goldmine and a couple of others but not the one you want and unlikely they will unless there is a good business case plus Red Phoenix isn't the most wonderful software development company..
