the system has a bad noise on incoming calls dial tone is on a T1, 10 lines on system,
We replaced the trunk card.. the T1 carrier also replaced there equipment.
NEC tech support says it's not them/ there equipment..
Any help .. out there ??

Did tech support confirm with you the cabinet has a good ground?

yes we grounged to cold water pipe. 15ft away

note we had xo lower the voltage on all line
the customer said no change..

Did you read the impedance of the ground ? Water line would be my last choice of grounding.

OK then where is a good ground..

building tilt up ,, we ran a cat 6 for T1 feed inside a outside pipe..

nec said to take a slt card , and put the stations into the trunk card to test the trunk ports all is fine,
we installed new cat5E cable for phones
NO CHANGE
