Did you check 20-09-02 and verify the COS in 20-06?

hi. i had my tech shut off the caller ID function on 1/2 of my office for patient confidentiality. i would like to turn it back on for one extension, as it is in a private office. is there a way to do that without having the tech come back? about the only thing that i know how to do on this phone system is changed our joke of the week @ 700 // 301 // 72 // then i use the soft keys for announcement menu. any help would be greatly appreciated. i have read tons of stuff on here, but i do not have a voip set-up and i do not have the desktop software.

Doctors office?
I would get on my soap box and complain about the $150 5 minutes with a Dr bill.....
Sure, I help you, get into system programming, then get into the Class Of Service section, find the extension that you need to change take note of the Class of service settings, Map out all of the extensions and note all of the different class of services, go back through the 4 sections (about 200 entries) for each of the class of services that you noted and find the one that will meet your needs, assign the class of service to the extension, exit programming.
